For the Salone Satellite objects, especially for our DifferentAngles Screen, we did a lot of experiments with materials and techniques to present them in new and inspiring ways. Here's some of them. A couple of them can be seen in the finished objects, some of them can be interesting to work with in another framework. We keep all our samples, sketches etc. You will also find them in our booth!

Brygga (Jetty) on tour: Next stop Designarkivet Pukeberg, 14th January

Brygga has recently been seen at Design museum (Röhsska) in Gothenburg, where it has been used as a meeting spot, for play and simply to hang out on. Now it's time to show Brygga in Småland – next stop is Designarkivet at Pukeberg. Opening of the exhibition at Designarkivet at 15-17 pm on Thursday 14th. Press show at 14 pm.

Brygga (Jetty) on tour: Now at Röhsska

Our social indoor/outdoor furniture concept will soon be on tour for everyone to enjoy! First stop is Röhsska muséet/Designmuseum in Gothenburg where it will be on display from 23rd of November until the end of 2009. Next stop is Designarkivet in Pukeberg, Småland where you can try it out during January. At Designarkivet, you will also find our thoughts, sketches and inspiration behind this project. A few other places are already booked, we'll soon be back with info about that. Do you want to show Brygga at your museum, plaza, party etc, or if you're a producer, wanting to "try it out" just send us an e-mail or give us a call and we'll discuss it!

Välkommen till utställningen ”Unique Pieces” som visar unika svenska designobjekt i form av prototyper, skisser och kreativa projekt som aldrig nått den breda marknaden. Allt är till salu i Designgalleriets egen butik, som öppnar i samband med utställningen.

Act visar skärmväggen Different Angles x 3: Limited Edition specialtillverkade för Designgalleriet. Skärmarna är handgjorda och fungerar såväl som en exklusiv och extravagant skrivbordsskärm som fönsterskärm/insynsskydd. Serien går från magenta till djupt purpur.

Utställningen pågår 2-24 oktober. Vill du komma på vernissaget imorgon kväll för att inte missa att lägga beslag på en av de tre skärmarna, osa till unique@designgalleriet.com. Different Angles Limited Edition kostar 1600kr.

Different Angles foldable paper Screen: Act premiére at Designers Saturday, Norway

We have again been chosen to represent Möbelriket/Green Design at an international furniture fair. This time the event take place at Designers Saturday in Oslo, Norway. The event takes place at the Norvegian design center DogA.

From a basic sheet of paper, Different Angles is folded in opposite diagonal angles. Fold by fold. A thin piece of paper can be transformed into a beautiful volume with subtle, yet dynamic shadows. Full sized screen can change an office space, shop or lounge. The screen folds up butifully into a thin and very light package. A sensible object for poetic environments where you can change the set. Again and again.

Different Angles can be ordered in three sizes; S (for windows), M (for desks etc), L (full size free standing or system integrated screens for dividing office spaces etc).
